I found the website very easy to use. But I was most impressed with your customer service -- when I became concerned that your free shipping wouldn't get the tree delivered on time, I emailed you, and received a prompt telephone response from a very nice lady who told me the tree would be delivered in 2 business days! I will definitely recommend you, and will shop here again!

I had to let you know how satisfied I am with my new christmas tree. It is everything you depicted and more! The delivery time was unbelievable! I received the tree just 2 days after placing my order. I have never experienced the prompt service you provided anywhere on the web without having to pay extra for it! I ordered the tree late Sunday night received an email the next morning confirming my order, the next day it was sent and I received it on Thursday.
